Terms and Conditions

By booking a photoshoot with Footsteps Pet Photography you are agreeing to the following conditions:

The photoshoot will be paid for at the time of booking by bank transfer.

Any additional prints or products not part of the chosen package can be purchased after you have viewed your online gallery.

Gift certificates can be ordered, these must be used within 14 months of purchase.

Following your photo shoot your images will be carefully edited and uploaded to an online gallery. You’ll receive an email allowing you to access your images. You can choose the prints you’d like and will be able to download these once the watermark has been removed. 

Additional prints/ products can be purchased in line with the current price list.

If your photoshoot is outside and cannot go ahead due to the weather conditions, an alternative date will be arranged.

Photshoots are non refundable, however alternative dates and times can be arranged within a 12 month period.

Travel to a location within a 20 mile radius of Thurrock is included, a mileage charge of 30p per mile will occur outside of this distance. 

The client expressly releases the photographer, her employees and agents from all claims, damages and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence.

Footsteps Pet Photography reserves the right to use one, or a selection of images from your photoshoot session for advertising, display, publication or to offer for sale in my stock portfolio site or any other method.
