Since starting Footsteps Pet Photography, I have taken pictures of all kinds of pets. Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, reptiles and more…

I offer simple pricing in the form of four pet photography session packages.
Photography sessions can be done indoors, outdoors or a combination of the two.

Your Pet Photography Session
Photoshoots are £65 for and indoor or outdoor sessions, or £100 for a combination of both.
We will arrange a telephone consultation, included in the package cost.
You’ll tell me all about your pet and what you’d like to achieve, for example portraits or action shots or a mixture. We will discuss locations. More about this in the FAQ section.
We will meet on location at the agreed time and start the shoot which will be relaxed and informal. My aim will be to make sure both you and your dog are happy and comfortable.
I’ll get as wide a variety of shots as possible and include you in the process of getting your dog where we need them.
After the session, I will professionally enhance 10 photos. If you would like additional photos enhanced, it’s £10 per photo.
I’ll complete the editing process within 14 days and upload these to your own gallery where you can choose the photos you want to order as digital images, photo prints or other products.
Printing Services
A big part of what makes Footsteps Pet Photography so popular is the printing services I offer to my clients.
To help you turn a photograph into a special present, I work with a number of printing companies that I know offer high quality at a low price.
After your pet photography session, I’ll send you an email with a printing order form and the latest prices.
I can supply a huge number or personalised gifts featuring your favourite pet photograph, including:

Pet Photography Packages

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to order prints and gifts at a later date?
Your gallery will remain in place for 2 months. After this, it may need to be reduced but you will be emailed before this happens.
Can I choose whatever time of the day I want for the photoshoot?
For outdoor shoots, the best times of the day are early morning or a couple of hours before sunset. Lighting in the middle of the day, especially in summer can be too harsh and too hot for your dog.
What happens if we get to the locations and it starts to rain badly?
It’s unlikely that you, I,or your dog will be comfortable trying to take photographs in these conditions. We would need to reschedule at no further cost to you.
Can I have the shoot at my home?
For cats and small pets, it's likely your home will be the best place. For dogs, it will depend on what the aim of the shoot is. If your aim is a portrait of your dog then yes you can.
Can I have an indoor shoot?
How do I choose a location?
For dogs you’ll need somewhere they are happy, feel relaxed, and can have fun. It's best to avoid crowded places for obvious reasons.
You’ll need to consider whether this needs to be well away from roads and where the parking is in relation to the spot in mind.
Great locations include wooded areas perhaps with logs for your dog to sit on. A quiet beach or an open field, perhaps with flowers.
My dog can’t be off lead, is this a problem?
